Dr. Kallick provides the company with an inside view of the challenges facing education and methods for meeting them.

Jeff and Bena are co-authors of Using Curriculum Mapping & Assessment Data to Improve Learning, a book designed to help educators consider next steps in using curriculum mapping, assessment, and technology to generate vibrant and productive learning communities.

Jeff Colosimo
Jeff provides strategic guidance and vision to the company while also managing the operational aspect of the development team. Jeff has become a nationally recognized business leader and successful entrepreneur as a result of his commitment and innovative work over the past fifteen years in the K-12 Education Technologies industry.

In his experience as the founder and President of two other technology companies, AlterNet Performance and Alternate Solutions, his innovative work in the field led to several awards including Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 1997, Arthur Anderson’s Best Practices Award in 1998, and a “Top 100 Hot Emerging Company” national ranking by ComputerWorld magazine in 1998.

Bena Kallick, Ph.D.
Dr. Kallick provides educational guidance and vision to the company, and also gives the organization an insider's view of education ultimately leading to the development of our high quality services.  Her national and international consulting work focuses on alternative assessment strategies, organizational change, and the use of technology in education.

Her teaching appointments have included Yale University School of Organization and Management, University of Massachusetts Center for Creative and Critical Thinking, and Union Graduate School. Kallick received her doctorate in educational evaluation at Union Graduate School. Dr. Kallick is the author or co-author of nine books on education assessment and leveraging technology to improve student achievement including Information Technology for Schools, Using Curriculum Mapping and Assessment Data to Improve Learning and the four book Habits of Mind series.
