SunGard Aspiren have been providing innovative products to the housing and council tax benefit market for the last 5 years. Using the latest web based technology, we have provided systems that are economic, efficient and most importantly - effective.
Our Intercept Product Suite uses unique risk modelling to enable Local Authorities to achieve substantial savings both in their intervention work and the verification of new claims. It also facilitates joint working by tracing customer movement across boundaries.
The Bridge Product Suite now includes the new diagnostic tool developed in collaboration with both Local Authorities and the DWP’s Performance Development Team. This presents a new way of looking at the new claim process and performance, offering in-depth sampling and analysis to identify potential weaknesses in the service.

Our Housing Benefit products can also link seamlessly with SunGard’s Aspireview system, providing automatic population of a Housing Benefit framework that can be displayed to users in the Aspireview dashboards.
