SunGard Public Sector provides every element of our hosted solutions – the application, implementation management, training and support – which enables us to provide exceptional service to our customers.

SunGard Public Sector has implemented solutions for over 300 UK Public Sector organisations, including national programmes for multiple clients. Our approach to delivering the project is entirely flexible and can be tailored to the specific needs of your organisation or programme.

 

The activities detailed below provide a flavour of our typical approach:

  • Implementation Management – Develop the detailed implementation plan and manage its execution, use effective change management processes to ensure stakeholders are fully engaged, and ensure the project strategic goals and objectives are clear and achieved
  • Creation – As our services are hosted, our implementation team establishes the system instance with no resources required from the customer, provides live, training and test environments. The initial user base in the system and can import any existing or historical data. Data can also be migrated from existing systems
  • Training – A variety of training options are supplied such as ‘train the trainer’, key user and system administrator training with relevant supporting materials
  • Consulting – Additional consulting support and guidance for organisations can be provided to ensure customers gain the most value from our solutions
