Screen Shots
Operator profiles are stored centrally on the DS2000C server allowing the User to log on to any of the operator positions connected to the system including those located remotely.
This functionality together with layout and colour schemes are fully customisable by the system supervisor.
The Operator user interface is configured to present key functionality based on the role they will be performing e.g. radio dispatch, telephone call taking etc.
A typical radio dispatcher screen with both TETRA and analogue radio channels on display with radio events shown on the left hand side. Here group calls can be made:
Calls to individual radio subscribers can be made with a single touch of the screen. Subscribers can be filtered or searched by group, ISSI or alias.
Telephone pages can display line keys or hotkeys for one touch dialling. Multiple pages can be displayed and configured as required.
Emergency alarms and incoming calls are clearly presented. The system can be configured such that different call types (normal, emergency etc.) are routed to designated operators
Calls can be easily patched between any radio and/or telephone resources.
A fully featured built in browser can be used to access any web based information such as telephone directories or interactive maps with hot key dialling directly from map icons. The web browser can also be used to access CCTV images etc.
Web pages can be sized to full screen if required with favourites configured across the top of the page.
Supervisory screens can be used to display all calls in progress and provide functionality such as listening in and/or partaking on a call. Supervisors can also take control of an operators screen if necessary.
The DSC2000C supports short data messaging to TETRA radios, a pop up keyboard appears for text entry automatically if required.
