How FirstCare Background Screening Works

The service provides a comprehensive report on each candidate, covering address histories, credit checks, employment histories, previous media exposure, criminal records and civil judgements. Candidates are required to complete an online questionnaire that is then followed-up with a call from one of our service agents for verification. Each candidate is then assessed by a dedicated agent using both online and primary sources, including face-to-face and telephone interviews. As part of our suite of solutions services, Background Screening is available as a stand-alone or as a complement to our Attendance Management service.
